Production technology of large caliber stainless steel Plate flange

Large diameter plate flange standards determine plate flange size, we must know the nominal diameter of flange and nominal pressure. The determination of nominal pressure of large caliber plate flange is related to the maximum operating pressure, operating temperature and flange material. Because the plate flange size series and flange thickness calculation are based on the mechanical properties of 20MnR at 250 C. Therefore, the maximum allowable operating pressure of the plate flange size determined on this basis is considered to be the nominal pressure of the plate flange with this size at 200 C.
  There are many processing methods for large caliber plate flange. The processing methods are formulated according to different customers, and the processing methods should be adopted according to different materials. The production technology of large caliber plate flange is totally different from that of small caliber plate flange. Because of its super-large caliber, butting or splicing method is needed to process. Because of the different caliber of production, the processing method is also different. The processing method of DN900 Stainless Steel Large Plate Flange is to choose the way of processing by the size of the customer.
  Plate flanges and butt welding flanges are common flanges for large flanges. Flat welded flange has poor rigidity, which is suitable for the occasion of pressure P < 4 MPa; butt welded flange is also called high neck flange, which is more rigid and suitable for the occasion of high pressure and temperature.
