Heat treatment process for high press pipeline

Quenching and tempering is the double heat treatment of quenching and high temperature tempering. The purpose is to make the workpiece have good comprehensive mechanical properties.
  Quenching and tempering treatment: quenching after high temperature tempering heat treatment method is called quenching and tempering treatment. Tempering at high temperature means tempering at 500-650 C. Hardening and tempering can make the properties of steel, material can be adjusted to a great extent, the strength of high pressure pipe fittings weldolet, plasticity and toughness are good, with good comprehensive mechanical properties. After tempering, the tempered Soxhlet was obtained. Tempered sorbite is formed when martensite is tempered. Pipe fittings weldolet can be distinguished by optical microscope more than 500-600 times. Pipe fittings weldolet is a composite structure of spherulite with carbide distributed in ferrite matrix. Pipe fittings weldolet is also a tempering structure of martensite and a mixture of ferrite and granular carbide. The ferrite at this time has basically no carbon supersaturation, and carbides are also stable carbides. Normal temperature is a kind of balance tissue.
