If the weldment can not be heat treated after welding, stainless steel weld neck flange welding rod should be selected.

Stainless steel weld neck flange in order to improve its corrosion resistance and weldability, appropriate addition of stability elements Ti, Nb, Mo, etc., has better weldability than chromium stainless steel weld neck flange. When using the same type of chromium stainless steel weld neck flange welding rod, it should be preheated above 200 and tempered around 800 after welding. If the weldment can not be heat treated, stainless steel weld neck flange welding rod should be selected.
