What are the main types of spiral steel pipe production line?

  Spiral steel pipe are commonly used for survival, but few people know the key categories of spiral steel pipe production lines.
  1. Single Chain Cold Bed
  Climbing structure is often used in single-chain cold bed. The cold bed is composed of forward transport chain and invariable guide rail, and has a set of transmission system. The ASTM A53 SSAW Sch 40 Spiral Steel Pipe is placed between the two pulling grasps of the forward transport chain, and the guideway bears the weight of the spiral steel pipe body.
  2. Double Chain Cold Bed
  The double-chain cold bed consists of forward and reverse transport chains, each of which has a transmission system. The spiral steel pipe is placed between two pulls of the forward transport chain, and the reverse chain bears the weight of the spiral steel pipe body.
  3. New Chain Cooling Bed
  Combining the characteristics of single-chain cold bed and double-chain cold bed, the cold bed is divided into uphill section and downhill section. Uphill section is a double-chain structure consisting of forward and reverse transport chains. The positive and negative interaction makes the steel pipe continue to rotate and move forward and do climbing activities.
  4. Stepping rack type cold bed
  The stepping rack type cold bed bed is composed of two groups of racks. One is mounted on the invariable beam, which is called static rack. The other is mounted on the moving beam, which is called moving rack. When lifting the organization behavior, the moving rack lifts the spiral steel pipe. Because of the skew angle, the steel pipe rolls along the tooth shape once when lifted.
  5. Screw type cold bed
  The screw cooling is composed of a main transmission device, a screw and a constant cooling bench. The screw comprises a screw core and a screw helix. The working surface of the invariable cooling bench is higher than that of the spiral rod core and lower than that of the spiral steel pipe. The weight of the steel tube body is borne by the invariable cooling bench.
