  According to our long-term production experience, to prevent this deformation, we should mainly start from the following aspects. First of all, groove processing: stainless steel weld neck flange seam should be processed into groove shape, blank welding flange tailor-welded, in view of the manufacturing process can make full use of materials, the corresponding standards, clearly defined in the "allowable noon tailor-welded steel plate", and then the tailor-welded seam for 100% non-destructive milk can be.
